How to Connect Owll to ChatGPT
Setup takes about two minutes and requires an Owll account.
- Open ChatGPT and click Plugins in the left sidebar.
- Make sure you’re on the Public tab, then type “Owll” in the search bar.
- Click the ＋ button next to Owll. You’ll be redirected to log in to your Owll account and authorize access.
- Once authorized, click Try in Chat — and you’re ready to go.
⚠️ Can’t find Owll in the ChatGPT Plugins list? Try reinstalling the ChatGPT desktop app and check again. The plugin directory can take a moment to sync with newly added connectors.
ChatGPT gets read-only access to your Owll library — it can read your notes, summaries, folders, and transcripts, but it cannot edit or delete anything.
How to Connect Owll to Claude
- Open Claude and click the ＋ icon in the chat input area. Select Add connector → Browse Connectors.
- In the Directory, type “Owll” in the search bar. Select the Owll connector (listed as Community, by Owll.ai).
- Click Connect to Claude and authorize your Owll account through the browser prompt.
- Return to Claude — you’ll see “Connected to Owll” in the bottom notification. Toggle it on in Connectors and start chatting.
